Simple rule of any company, if assets are growing, business is growing..and company values are incredibly increasing in market... progressive work know by other as salary increment... Isn't true???

Means it is all not as per budget planning...

And if prior budget always getting lesser amount for Union Territory and giving fiscal deficit every year, than why don't accept that need procurement needed as present time essential and important part of financial services and ministry of India...!!!
Even more they still not reducing salary of MLA and other government officials who mostly interupting parliament work??? And even more mostly all are having private business too!!!!
