This financial year due to Corona so many corporate and private sectors could not paid the tax as per desired planning of government...
This sector about petroleum price hike and government tax revenue is very important but hiding by such things and moreover it's related to next year's budget planning as this year 2020 has so many government help done by odd ways to people due to Corona...
Further, the private sectors are if having less than expected sales ratio than they also will not provide salary increment to their staff members... But as on the rate of petroleum they could rising the product cost value...
If products cost value is going higher side regarding transportation costs as per internally states competition on common based ways, than with or without competition the product price would be getting great difficulty differences at various states...and that impact would be very highly higher on common men budget planning in coming months...
Simple example...
Gujarat state pharmacy company or production department has one amoxy tablet cost is rupees five according to DPCO act but the same company could not afford the sales ratio expenses with other states as today the petroleum products cost is higher and those other states also having different local companies... which are having same products with same place local purchase of ingredients along with nominal price as the main ingredient of amoxicillin is very cheaper in comparison of other states transportation costs effects value...
That time either availablity of compitition or direct facility of sales promotion... The director or CEO or management of companies must think on employees welfare but couldn't do that so due to cost's inner increase factor promptly reply to stop increasing salary as expected expensive expenses of transportation would be give efficiencies pressure... And tax part of government automatically generated fixed pressure of quantum of account figure... As per old slabs...
This year the part of salary increment of employees or welfare are very hard front of increasing products cost... Not only that but the same criteria would effect on next year's budget planning too...
Other way government facing the non earning state financial problems and non profitable government scheam and depreciation cost on heavier way...
Simple example Telangana recently newly established state but it's income source is non and whole government officials expenses are depend on other states source income submitted to central government fixed criteria...

Skilled and unskilled and performance based payment... still having so much difference of pay scale in inter states minimum wages act planning and still means after 75 years freedom of India still having not one rule from central as every frquant time new states available for political benefits... without income ...
Main thing is better and best for government employees only rather private all employees having high biggest issue regarding salary hike or increment...
After so many time still myself not understand that without petroleum products cost effectiveness, milk price hike available but after longer time still people not awakening self in India for other purposes related prices factor...
Political way previously one old party probably having not more famous national or Nation wide faces for promotion activities or right pushup for opinion or opposition...
Well here denied to write up political science but the administration of India and government employees are still getting deeper sleeping... When common men will give fullstop or ask any question... Leadership development needed every time...
One man army is good but not on on cost of common men pocket expenses level...
